Since starting Taekwon-Do in July, my confidence has improved and so has my posture and balance and the belief in myself. I feel mentally stronger and much happier in life, My Granddaughter joins me twice a week in class, she to is gaining in confidence.
– Dawn Woodcock
Taekwon-Do is great exercise and it's good that my children can both enjoy something together despite their differences in age and sporting ability. My daughter particularly enjoys the variety of activities in the sessions which includes self defence techniques, pattern exercises, sparring and warm-up routines.

"Before I did Taekwon-Do I got picked on all the time' I still get picked on sometimes, but Taekwon-Do has made me more confident at dealing with my own battles and not getting my friends involved. It is also fun after a school day, it makes my day and all the students and teachers are nice. I have made good friends at TaeKwon-Do.
– Ben Holton - 9
Blue Belt student
Since starting Taekwon-Do, William has become more confident and is able to speak out more. After his 3rd week he got to do his grading and passed to get his new belt. He was overjoyed to have passed and is happy he has found something he loves and is good at. Mr Kessler is an amazing teacher who expects his students to be polite and well behaved...this being the main reason why we chose universal martial arts. We wanted something that would have a positive effect on Williams behaviour and confidence. TKD and universal martial arts has done just that.
– Liz Deane, parent of William
we do Taekwon-do as a whole family, havn't been doing it long but we are all enjoying it
Mr Morris our instructor at Norton is very helpfull.

My daughter Charlie has always struggled with her confidence and although she has only been attending Taekwon-do for a short time her confidence has already grown. Charlie really enjoys the lessons and she is developing within herself and that is all because of Mr Morris and Lynsey. They are both amazing people and they do all that they can to ensure each individual reaches their potential.

My son Luke has been doing Taekwon-do since September with Mr Morris as his instructor at Chelmarsh and absolutely loves it, and now after enjoying watching him learning and itching to have a go myself I have decided to join the class myself in January 2014 and can't wait to get started and share this journey with my young son.

We discovered Taekwon-Do as one of my son’s friends was doing it. I initially wanted to give him more confidence and the knowledge of how to deal with difficult situations. It’s a good activity to help keep fit, to have a goal to work towards and to instil some discipline.
