Taekwon-Do is great exercise and it's good that my children can both enjoy something together despite their differences in age and sporting ability. My daughter particularly enjoys the variety of activities in the sessions which includes self defence techniques, pattern exercises, sparring and warm-up routines.

I started Taekwon-do 6 months ago and since starting feel i have really gained in confidence and fitness, i am developing a real passion for Taekwon-do thanks to my excellent and very dedicated instructor Mr Morris.

Since I started my listening skills have increased. I have gained so much confidence because of my knowledge of Taekwon-Do, before I would not volunteer for anything and now I will volunteer for everything. From doing Taekwon-Do I have improve my language skills in learning theory. I find Taekwon-Do extremely enjoyable and interesting.

I have found that Taekwon-Do training has given my childrens confidence a boost. They seem happier and have learned to respect their seniors. I like the fact that you can actually see them improving - It gives me a real buzz! I have found that they help and learn from each other. I would recommend it to any parent.

"Before I did Taekwon-Do I got picked on all the time' I still get picked on sometimes, but Taekwon-Do has made me more confident at dealing with my own battles and not getting my friends involved. It is also fun after a school day, it makes my day and all the students and teachers are nice. I have made good friends at TaeKwon-Do.

We discovered Taekwon-Do as one of my son’s friends was doing it. I initially wanted to give him more confidence and the knowledge of how to deal with difficult situations. It’s a good activity to help keep fit, to have a goal to work towards and to instil some discipline.

Before starting Taekwon-Do i wasnt very confident and i couldnt really handle difficult situations. Now i have joined Taekwon-Do i have got alot of confidence and i have been able to deal with situations which i would not have been able to handle a year ago.

We take our kids to train with Neil Morris at the Coalbrookdale classes on a tuesday and saturday. We looked into joining because they were going to a Tae Kwon Do class in our local village hall which was stopped. We were all made to feel very welcome by Mr Morris and the people that help in his class. Our two children thoroughly enjoy themselves and have gained so much in confidence. Their co-ordination has improved massively aswell especially our daughters. At her old class she was very withdrawn and very little confidence in her ability to do what was asked whereas no she has a go and even if shes not got it quite right she keeps trying until she does with the support of her instructor. We have also been to the shrewsbury class a couple of times when we havent been able to make the Coalbrookdale classes and they enjoy it there as well. No complaints from us as we have nothing but praise for the classes our children do and our youngest cant wait until he is old enough and can take part!
