  • I have found that Taekwon-Do training has given my childrens confidence a boost. They seem happier and have learned to respect their seniors. I like the fact that you can actually see them improving - It gives me a real buzz! I have found that they help and learn from each other. I would recommend it to any parent.

  • We discovered Taekwon-Do as one of my son’s friends was doing it. I initially wanted to give him more confidence and the knowledge of how to deal with difficult situations. It’s a good activity to help keep fit, to have a goal to work towards and to instil some discipline.
    – Helen Holton
Parent of Ben (9) and Jack (7)
  • Last November my grandson Sam passed his Black Belt grading. He started as a shy 5 year old & in 6 years matured into a confident young man. He was taken every step of the way by the expert coaching & training of Mr. James Kessler the Principle Instructor & his fellow instructors. He was also helped and encouraged by the senior Black Belts in the group who along with the instructors are wonderful role models for youngsters. Taekwondo is much more than a sport, it's a way of life.

  • "Before I did Taekwon-Do I got picked on all the time' I still get picked on sometimes, but Taekwon-Do has made me more confident at dealing with my own battles and not getting my friends involved. It is also fun after a school day, it makes my day and all the students and teachers are nice. I have made good friends at TaeKwon-Do.
